Notice to all Swap and Merchandise Stall Holders
As you may all be aware, the subject of Insurance has not only become a real concern for Motorcycle Events, BUT it is beginning to take it’s toll on various Swap Meets around the Country, sadly, seeing the cancellation of some. Please note that, from this year, and moving forward, ALL Swap and Merchandise Stall Holders MUST sign, and accept, an Indemnity Form at the gate prior to Entry. This Indemnity, essentially, requires YOU to Indemnify the AMCA-Australia, its Officeholders, Servants and/or Agents, from any, and all, Claims that may arise as a result of your activities. Please understand that without your acceptance of, and signature on, the Indemnity, you cannot be permitted to erect, and run, your stall. To preserve the future of our unique Event moving forward, we now seek your understanding that this requirement is not negotiable.
